Authorities are looking for a solution.
Here I've got one.
Hang the murderers, nonces and terrorist's. Problem solved.

3 years ago a polish guy was banged up on remand in Wormwood Scrubs. he was deported and within 2 weeks had got back into the country and had commited a crime and stood there to get arrested, he smashed a shop window, just so he could be sent back to the scrubs and be in with his 3 cousins.
Free shelter, food and drink and they all sat there smoking and playing cards all day.
They felt that was better than being out....

Outsource our prisons to India or China. Cheaper to build prisons and staff them locally. Governers can be British, to make sure it runs Bristol fashion. You could keep our namby rules re treatment of prisoners, so the local screws don't get slap-happy (not that I'd care). 'Visitations' arranged via Skype if Chantelle, Britney-May and Cayden can't afford the fair to Mumbai. Who knows, might even deter some of the frequent fliers and set them on the straight and narrow.
This government lark is a doddle. Reckon I could fit it in around my day job.

Should do what Tito did and give known criminals fake passports and visas and tell them to fuck off, allowing them back for a few weeks a year to spend the spoils of their escapades thus boosting British economy.
Be like the EU in reverse.
